Returns Policy

Your satisfaction with CapFlags is our top priority. We stand behind our products and want you to love them as much as we do.

Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to return your CapFlags products. We keep it simple - if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right.

What You'll Need

- Your items in their original condition (unused, unworn, with tags)
- Original packaging
- Your order receipt or proof of purchase

How to Return

1. Email us at party@capflags.fun to start your return
2. We'll provide a return shipping label and simple instructions
3. Pack your items for return:
   - Place flags in their original plastic sleeve or wrap in tissue paper
   - Secure mounts in their original packaging to prevent scratches
   - If possible, use the original shipping box
   - If using a new box, ensure items are cushioned to prevent movement
4. Attach the provided shipping label and drop off at any authorized carrier location

Note: Please don't send returns without contacting us first - we want to make sure everything goes smoothly!

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped items.

What We Can't Accept

We can't accept returns on:
- Used or installed products
- Items without original packaging and tags
- Custom or personalized designs
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges

Need a different design? The fastest way to get what you want is to:
1. Return your current items (following the process above)
2. Place a new order for your preferred design
This ensures you get your new CapFlags as quickly as possible.

Defective or Wrong Items

Received something that's not quite right? Contact us immediately at party@capflags.fun. We'll make it right with:
- Free return shipping
- Priority processing
- Your choice of a replacement or refund

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you a confirmation email. Approved refunds will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: Your bank may need additional time to process the refund. If you haven't seen it after 15 business days, just drop us a line at party@capflags.fun.
